Dave and Cindy Crichton are
graduates of
Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
They
 were married in 1992 and immediately began serving
in full-time Christian
ministry in Connecticut. There
Dave served as a youth pastor for five years, then as an
assistant pastor for seven years. In 2004, God led Dave
and Cindy from Connecticut to Peoria
to plant Lakeside Baptist Church.
Dave first became involved
in church planting as a boy. At the age of six,
God led Dave's dad, Dr. Tom Crichton, and family from
Michigan to Rhode Island to plant a church, where his father has pastored for 36
years. Growing up in the ministry had a profound
impact on Dave's life.
Dave and Cindy have six
children.
